THE PRACTICAL ENGAGEMENT I have committed significant efforts to translate the educational theories, into practical application, across a spectrum of environments, from traditional educational institutions to innovative non-formal environments. My praxis journey includes: 🟡 ~ The Teaching Experience ~ Over the past decade, I have taught daily in formal educational institutions ranging from kindergarten to university, covering a wide number of humans, subjects and educational levels. If we quantify that, we get 15,600+ hours of teaching. 🟣 ~ Alternative Education ~ I have been actively involved with three alternative educational institutions in Romania, where I have contributed to the development and implementation of progressive educational models that focus on holistic, student-centered learning. 🟢 ~ Founding a Kindergarten ~ I played a pivotal role in creating a private kindergarten that integrates traditional educational methods with innovative practices, ensuring a well-rounded development environment for children. 🟢~ Non-Formal Experimental Yoga Studio ~ I founded a non-formal, experimental yoga studio for children, aiming to integrate E.Q. education with cognitive and somatic health practices, fostering a balanced development. 🔵 ~ Workshops and Educational Retreats ~ I have conducted various workshops and educational retreats that focus on personal growth, educational methodologies, and professional development for educators and students alike. 🟠~ Development of Digital Educational Tools ~ As part of the D-ChallengeHE, a program involving various partners across the EU ( Entropy Knowledge Network - Italy, Link Campus University - Italy, Hellenic Open University - Greece, Klaipeda University - Lithuania, ACADEMIA Ltd - Slovenia ) , I contributed to the creation of a digital tool designed to enhance metacognitive skills among users, providing an interactive and engaging way to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios within the European educational landscape. 🟡 ~ NGO, Public Structures and Organization Collaboration ~ My engagement with different organizations, public structures and NGOs has enabled me to work on the hands-on projects that address community needs, support vulnerable groups, and promote educational innovations across variate domains. 🔴 These hands-on activities extend my direction beyond scholarly, targeting significantly to influence both community development and educational advancement.
